Want to be a journalist?

Dear Readers,

If you are aged between 12 and 19 and you’re interested in journalism, look no further! You can send your article into us and it might get published (thelyceetimes@gmail.com). If we do publish it, your article will be here, on the front page of the blog, for a full week. In that time, over 500 ex-pats, future ex-pats and researchers will be able to read your work! It’s not just France that reads The Lycée Times – we have readers all over the world in over 40 countries every week. This could be a starting point for you. If a newspaper editor reads your work and they like it, they might ask you to write a piece for them and it can only go up from there! Your article will be protected, like all articles on this blog, under the free Creative Commons copyright protection system (www.creativecommons.org) so nobody can steal your work. You can appear anonymously or under a false name if you wish, or just as an email address, but in any case, your work will not be presented as our own. There is no deadline for entries! If you’re interested, take a look at the short video below…

Good luck!

Happy typing,

The Editor
